Lost instance bug

I don't know if this bug number will link to anything since I changed characters etc

Was playing with 2 people who both disconnected around the same time.
Neither of them could log back in since it was trying to connect them to an instance of the map we were in. The instance manager did not show that instance but I could still use my own portal to get back into it. I was also the party leader if that matters.

After being kicked out of the game it wouldn't let them back in. But since I didn't get disconnected I could still directly connect to the instance with the portal I had made. So I'm guessing the instance got lost and when they tried to reconnect they still had a "valid" instance ID but were being denied.
