Poe2 vs asus tuff F15

Poe2 I can barely play on my laptop , the laptop runs WoW and Bdo and poe1 no whit no problems
But in poe2 the works in slight slow motion even on low graphics
Not to mantion if u use Fire skill or u run ignited ground map the game runs whit a delay and freezes
The specs of that laptop supposed to run this game whit no problem at all but in maps the game is Unplayable.
Even using other skills like lighning the game slows down but not so significantly .
