Unlink Steam

hello,

I linked my old account POE with steam but i buy POE 2 on my steam account, is it possible to unlink my account with my steam account.

In Fact, my old account POE was created with an old email address and i can't access to it because it was corrupted.
(this e-mail address can' t be changed because didn't remember my password and compte access to it)
