Performance issues

The performance issues of this patch are insanely bad, I kept getting those gear loading mid map, it used to be once per 3/4 hours, now I get those gear loading during the middle of my mapping 2 to 3 times AN HOUR.

Anyone knows how to fix this? My gpu is on the latest version and the game still tells me to update.
