Atlas Passive Tree Bug: UI Shows Points Available But Cannot Allocate

I am experiencing a bug that prevents me from spending my Atlas passive points


My Atlas passive tree interface shows I have [number] point(s) available, but I cannot click on any nodes to allocate them. The points appear to be stuck or "phantom" points. The UI indicates points are available, but the tree does not respond to click

I've Tried:

Restarting the game multiple times.

Verifying the game files.

Completing a new map in an attempt to reset the state

refunding points

This bug is blocking my progression. Please investigate. Thank yo.
