Where are the waystones?

I'm not getting waystone drops. Bosses don't drop them. Rares don't drop them.

How are we supposed to progress without the item that allows it?

If you're literally getting no waystones at all, it sounds like a loot filter issue. If you're getting waystones just infrequently, it sounds like bad RNG. You can run them unidentified for a 30% higher chance to drop or spec into more in the atlas passive tree. Also, trading if you're in trade league. And Doryani sells some that refresh every time you level.

I double checked my loot filter yesterday. It's not that.

I bought some just to keep going yesterday then 2 dropped from the same rare. Those were the only 2 I saw drop for 5 more maps before I logged off.

The RNG makes no sense. I just ran one with 75% drop chance. My Atlas adds another 24%. No drops.

This is common for me ... so RNG is hitting that 1% so often that I'm getting 1 waystone 20% of the time? That doesn't math. Something is broken.
