Until 0.4, can we just have towers always allow travelling to all nodes in range?

I know endgame will be revamped on 0.4 which is supposed to improve the atlas exploration/towers and endgame in general. But for now can we please get a temporary band-aid by just simply adding the effect of the unique tablet by default on all completed towers?
