Atlas Tree not working

I'm frustrated! Despite having all of the Atlas nodes activate for increased waystone drop, going to maps with 33% more waystone drops and using waystones with like 85% waystone drops, I keep finishing my maps with ONE from the final rare monster. I've done 50+ maps with the same result...ONE waystone.

When I finish a tower and I have either two or three slots for precursor tablets, I search specifically for tablets that say "X" about of experience gain per map. I will use two or three of them. Once I influence the maps with the tower, NOT ONE MAP has any EXPERIENCE GAIN MODIFIER listed on it anywhere.

I'm so fed up. It's like any advantage I'm allowed to have in this game doesn't work.

Also, forgot to mention. I can't boss, book of knowledge to drop despite meeting all requirements. Level 79 with 6 modifiers. Done over 10 maps with NO drop.
