need help to put my hc character back to hc because Zalmarath the Colossus Sword slash 1 Tap

my first Hardcore Character just got Sword slash 1 Tap bugs that reddit report 9 month ago. for real man can i get back to hardcore ?
my character name TobeContinew died on this attack full hp full shield at lvl 31 for real !?

Just nomal day try to farm for item and then boom didn't think im gonna get 1 tap so didn't record (It just died before I was about to go to sleep. I was ready to shut down my PC, but this happened)

GGG does not restore HC characters, for any reason. You are going to deal with many, many bosses that will 1-shot you without proper dodging and defensive scaling and Colossus has taken the lives of many. So I personally would not recommend HC if you're going to want a character restore for getting 1-tapped. Because it will happen, a lot more from here on out until you know more about the game.

Some people play on SC with HC rules where they delete the character if they die to something they feel was a justified death until they are ready for HC. Whatever works for you. But if you're going to wait for GGG to restore your character, there's thousands of people ahead of you that would love their characters restored that died to bugs like invisible attacks or servers crashing.

Just try didn't think i'm will get restore anyways so i'm on full hp & shield and i already dodge to the right that no hand or sword that near me and then boom im death i farm this boss already on 4 time get all the hit from all attack but im not death most damage i get is laser # i learn before fight i watch how to fight & steamer etc. before i go in boss fight tho - -

fr this stats on level 31 deadeye just got 1 tap by nomal attack ?!
