Totem placement speed on boots not working?

Totem placement speed mod on boots does not seem to work.

I crafted a Totem placement speed mod on a pair of boots, equipped it and the cast time of my totems didn't change.

Then I tried with Torchoak Step, no change either.

On the other hand, when I remove/reallocate the Totem Zeal passive from the tree, the totem cast time change accordingly.

The cast speed on the tooltip is how long the totem takes to cast the linked ability, not how long it takes you to place it.

Totemic zeal shows a change to cast speed because it has the 8% increased cast speed for totem skills.

In that case, is there a place I can see my total "Totem placement speed" stat ? In the misc tab, I can find totem duration modifier and totem life modifier, but that's it.

Not that I am aware of. Just gotta do the math yourself
