" Have you found Ange in Act 4? Did you invite her to your Hideout? She has and uses your Merchant tabs. If she doesn't have any relevant dialogue options, you probably made an SSF (Solo; Self-Found) character. SSF characters cannot trade with other players - with or without Merchant tabs. Or - if you're playing the original Path of Exile - only PoE 2 has support for Mechant tabs. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
