Cant upgrade my premium tabs to merch

title says it all not sure why just got back into the game after not playing since the 0.1.0 days
I have Premium tabs but Its not letting me convert them on the site like my friend did. Last bumped on Sep 9, 2025, 2:31:30 PM

As mentioned on the page, this option is unable to be used on upgrades to the initial four Stash Tabs on an account. I hope this clarifies things!
