Desecration specific omens (liege etc...)

If the liege, blackblooded, sovereign omens aren't going to work everywhere those mods can roll please indicate it somewhere on the omen. It's frustrating to plan a craft only to discover it doesn't work.
Better yet, make the work when the mods can roll.
