(PS5) QUEST BUG - Elder Madox

I'm playing on console with my brother, and the NPC Elder Madox only gave one reward for the quest!!!

This quest is individual, right? Shouldn't each of us be able to select a unique item???

I don't know. I was letting my wife go through the options to pick an item on my character that I could trade her because witch is so gimp this season I'm embarrassing her on my mercenary, and she accidentally clicked the back button and now it won't give me anything at all. so its pretty damn bugged if you ask me.
