I got an omen that allowed me to div an item and reroll the values between 80-120%. The omen cost around 17,000 tribute so it required deferring multiple times. This item needs to be better. For that cost on top of using a div to reroll. You're looking at a seemingly 50% chance to make your item worse lmao

Lost 100 flat damage on a weapon and 1 value rolled above 100%. Obviously bad luck is involved but why is it such a gamble to use an item that is so costly?
