Archmage currently unhealthy for Sorceress

In its current state, Archmage is the basis of almost every build you see for sorceresa. There's nothing that can compete with the damage you can reach from running it.

This is crippling build variety for the sorc - even builds outside of spark and arc are just vessels for archmage. The value of Mom EB Archmage is currently too high to justify running anything else.

Power needs to be siphoned away from Archmage. Tone down the mana scaling, boost the base power/scaling of spells or specific elemental investment in the passive tree.

Even with reduced damage scaling, archmage will still have strong synergy with EB+MoM, it will still have the draw needed to make it a viable build option. It can improve lightning builds without completely overshadowing fire and ice. Please, please help sorc develop some actual build variety.
