What is up with GGG @support? No follow ups on tickets

I have been having issues with GGG support not following up on tickets. I am giving an initial acknowledgement "Hi, I may be able to help" then there is nothing. They diaappear, they don't follow up in emails, they don't answer any questions. What's up with this crap service? I've made multiple tickets attempting to answer a question that is a binary yes/no. Should take maybe 60 seconds to send an email? Why is there 0 follow up on tickets. The support email feels DEAD.
