Perfect and Ancient crafting items should guarantee modifiers of above a certain level.

I have a great wand that I have been trying to complete as best I can, originally I used a preserved jawbone on it and rolled a T2 damage as extra cold roll which I didn't want as I'm playing a damage over time essence drain build. So i saved up currency and bought an omen of light, ancient jawbone and omen of abyssal echoes to try and find that chaos damage roll I so desperately wanted, a 5.5 divine expense due to the absolute rarity of these items. Success! I rolled chaos damage! YAY right? No. It was 45%, the minimum roll of Tier SIX that is a level 16 item requirement mod. along with damage as extra fire for 21% a T4 level 33 mod and also 29% as extra lightning which is the only T1 mod out of 6 seen. So unhappy with my reward for the huge payout i rerolled the desecrate mods with the abyssal echoes omen and hit all 3 damage as extra mods all at T4 again. I don't think it is much to ask that these extremely rare crafting items that are very expensive and can only be used on item level 65+ gear roll modifiers that are 65+. or even just guarantee a minimum of T3? I have had 23 raw divine drops, one perfect exalt and one perfect chaos. zero ancient bones, my 4 guildmates have seen 1 ancient bone between them being a rib.

If these items are going to be this rare even in the abyssal league where every map has abyss and therefor chances at these drops, then they should be equally rewarding becuase i cannot see the difference between an ancient or preserved bone at this point.

Additionally I would like to say if not being able to use the Kurgal, Ulaman or Amanamu omens on armour is a design choice while I respect thats what you wanted to do not think its good design. Also abyss essence doesn't work on focus please fix that lol
