I can not log in the game with stand alone client

I was playing POE2 with EPIC, but I got a new pc, and I found that I can not log in to the game with stand alone client, even though my account is eligible for Path of Exile 2 Early Access, so I can not generate a new code for this issue IN GAME.
Then I tried to contact support team with email. but after nearly 10 days, I got a response: "Thank you for the message. We may be able to help with this. Could you please use the following link and follow the instructions on this page:https://www.pathofexile.com/support Once this has been done, could you please provide us with the email address you receive after the code has been verified?" HOW CAN I GENERATE A CODE FOR THE ISSUE "I CAN NOT LOG IN TO THE GAME" IN GAME???? GOOD JOG for doing your job like this. Last bumped on Sep 9, 2025, 8:10:21 AM

Please respond to the email with as mcuh information about your account as possible (such as your Path of Exile account name including four-digit discriminator and the names of a couple of your characters) so that we can check into things further with you.
