Suggestion: Ctrl+Clicking Item while Market windows i open Loads Item Stat filters

Suggestions: Add functionality so that that players can quickly load filters onto the market Panel that match an item in their inventory.
Either by:

- CTRL + Clicking the item in your inventory while the Market Panel is open
- Eyedropper button on the Market Panel to select an item in your inventory

The result for either is that certain Filters for the item are loaded onto the Market Panel saving you time to search for similar items

Type Filters:
- Item Category
- Item Rarity

Stat Filters:
- Entries for all Modifiers on the item with minimum and maximum ranges or if its a flat value +/- 20% of the value
