Missing Twitch Drops (Helmet of the Abyssal & Clam Stash Bundle)

My Twitch account is properly linked, and previous loot drops were successfully received (confirmed by ✔ status in the account history). However, the following rewards have not appeared in-game despite being marked as claimed:
Helmet of the Abyssal Claimed: Sep 9, 2025, 1:43:25 PM Status: ✔ Clam Stash Bundle Claimed: Sep 9, 2025, 1:43:26 PM Status: ✔ Troubleshooting Steps Taken Verified account linkage in Twitch settings Checked game inventory/reward section Restarted both Twitch and the game Request for Assistance Please investigate why these items were not delivered to my in-game inventory despite successful claims.
