Lock account Help.

Hi good day everyone, First of all I really love the game played from POE1 migrated to Poe2 back and forth, Recently I noticed that my account might be compromised so I reported it right away. With in Minutes my account got locked right away. its been roughly days now that there is no response for support.

I scour the some forums, the internet on how soon usually this kinds of issues are being resolve but it seems it takes forever depends on how soon someone will help. Don't get me wrong I love this game spend hours playing the game spend hard earned money for cosmetics, Stash-tabs, etc but is just logical to just refund all the things a paid for through either steam or my bank and just forget about it.

PS. Created this another account just to report and ask for any updates on my ban appeal.

Please help.
