Purchased item not found

I have purchased a Wing from website shop, and got success, but i couldnt find the item in game.

Most MTX are not yet available in Path of Exile 2.
If you just buy MTX from https://www.pathofexile.com/shop then you're taking a gamble with each purchase. Either use https://pathofexile2.com/shop or, perhaps better yet, use PoE 2's in-game shop. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support. Free Technical Support guides are available here: https://www.poecommunity.help No ads, trackers, or other weird stuff.
