Please remove the necessity of a martial weapon from Heralds

As the title says. It makes no sense that my Blood Mage focusing on bleeds can't use Herald of Blood BECAUSE it can only be used with a martial weapon. Seems like an oversight, please make it right. Not every skill needs a weapon attached to it.
