Thanks for stealing my money then giving me the run around!

Bought the chaos guild hideout and the exalt falling effect thing and verdant tree waypoint. I literally cannot use any of it. I made a post, got directed to customer service. They then proceeded to tell me that they are too busy and to go post on the forums. Which I told them I already did and then I was ignored. I then bought $20 worth of the coin on PlayStation TWICE. This was over a week ago and I still have not received it. The micro transaction shop literally doesn’t even work. It has not since the league started. I have spent thousands on Poe 1 and 2. This is a first for me. I did not think that GGG would steal from people like this and then give them the run around.

I forgot to put that I received the chaos guild hideout and the effect and waypoint. BUT YOU CANNOT EVEN USE THEM!!!!! The hideout is literally broken and you can’t even use the tree waypoint or the exalt effect! Why sell it if it’s broken!?!? You can go to the chaos hideout but you can’t place anything down? Even blizzard doesn’t do this.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? I posted on the forums, YOU sent me an email to talk to. Then they sent me to the forums to post. Now you are telling me to email? Are you fucking joking?

GGG do not offer customer service over the phone.

At least you're not asking for Technical Support - they've not offered that for 5+ years now...
