Still Waiting For Support
Hi, this is a throwaway account because my main has been locked.
I contacted support on the 3rd of September but I'm still waiting for a final response or an update. Support's initial reply to me was within an hour, confirmed the reason of the lock and said they might reduce it to a warning if I promised not to do it again. I replied to their email within 2 minutes, agreeing right away. Ever since then, I haven't received an update and my account remains locked.
