Missing points

I bought 200 points on 9/1/25 and have not yet recieved said points. I submitted a ticket on the 2nd i think got a response that asked me to check some stuff. Did that sent screen grabs to show. Got a response to the screen grabs on the 4th to check more stuff. Sent screen grabs of that as well without ever getting a response.

So today I submitted a new ticket stating everything as above and received this as a response:
"Thank you for the message and for taking the time to let us know about this. Due to an incredibly large number of support requests, we are not able to look at it in detail here, however if you post the report on the forums, the Development team will be sure to take a look."

I would like the points I purchased 8 days ago or the money back.

We are currently experiencing high volumes of Support requests. Rest assured we will respond to your email as soon as possible.
I did email them and got a response stating:

"Thank you for the message and for taking the time to let us know about this. Due to an incredibly large number of support requests, we are not able to look at it in detail here, however if you post the report on the forums, the Development team will be sure to take a look."

There response told me to come here to get it solved now I'm being told to go back and re email. This solves nothing.

That sounds like someone half-skimmed your email at best and thought you were talking about missing points for the in-game passive skill tree.

If you haven't already, I'd send a followup asking them to "please confirm you won't be helping me with my real-world purchase" as that should make them realise they had initially misinterpreted your query.
