10 times a day - slutter and die ?

I'm in some random map, then slutter, drop fps and Poe2 is not respond. After few second, it appear again and it's black, monster was keeping attack and you die. Excuse me ? Not only this time, too many times. I think GGG's dev should do some dress games instead.

I share your frustration. It would be nice if we at least got some sort of acknowledgement from GGG that they are working on the issue, but unfortunately there's been silence. I doubt they even know what's wrong, it's been two weeks and it's still happening. This is something that should have been fixed immediately in an emergency panic within the first 24 hours. Sadly I suspect many people will quit the league before they fix the issue. I know I'm already on my last nerve with it.

When I lag I immediately hit Esc so If the game starts again before im actually able to see/respond the game is paused so I wont at least die.

I tried doing the same thing but it's not 100% reliable. I've had cases where I've paused yet the action is still happening in the background.

I wouldn't expect a fix anytime soon. This bug has been in the game since it first released on early access. I don't think anyone at GGG has any idea what is causing this or they would have surely fixed it by now.
