remove movement on shoes

why u might ask? well every map has -30% movement speed anyways, meaning devs dont want us go fast.

so remove the mod and give as space for useful mods.

theres no "your spells have no -5 levels" mod so why do it on MS


annoying time waste game. if u want us to spend more time, make the time spent in the game worth it
