Invulnerable King of the mists

My friend was doing the king of the mists Tier 3 bossfight and when he returned from the teleport phase the boss was stuck not doing anything, the boss was bugged on the left staircase on the bottom of the arena. He tried doing everything but the boss never got unstuck.

The wisps are utterly useless. Once again they went off in random directions, doing nothing to steer me towards the portal. And the ground had degen on it the same second I got into the maze. Completely f-ed up. Thankfully I managed to find the portal on my own, which was just pure luck tbh. Not like we can move the camera around in there.
