Atlas progress is broken

I've been playing since the beginning of the league, and I've completed a lot of maps, maps, and maps in one direction. I'm mainly developing Atlas... I already have 15 Moment of Zen, and zero Citadels... Atlas is terrible. The others have a similar problem, but for example, they don't have Moment of Zen at all, but other maps appear frequently. Please fix this...
