Shroud/shade walker

Seriously whats up with this mod?? Especially on abyss rares? Its literally the only thing that just one shots me instantly without any time to react. Can it be tuned down? I dont mind things dealing a lot of damage but this is ridiculus. Atleast the pools I can somewhat see and dodge out of. This is just bs with no counterplay.
