Account lock after reporting for suspected compromise

Hello good Sir hope this mail finds you well, Been desperate for the past few days retrieving my account sending all sort of email to support to at least take a look on my case. I suspected my account got compromise and reported it right away. and support got my account locked name is [Removed by Support] I invested time and money on cosmetics and stashtabs as well as an early access to enjoy the game. The email on the account has been changed as well as the password. got my PC reformat just because of this cause I really wanted to play the game safe. Please please please... HELP...

this happen after I reported that I suspected some activity on the account...

I already emailed your support and in the past did ask some assistance regarding some in game purchases. Been waiting for several days but I haven't heard from you guys been scouring all over the internet seeking for help about my account I don't even care anymore about the currencies that was lost on the account I just wanted to play your game boss. The league just started and I'm missing so much content already.
