[Stop working] Omen of the Liege, Blackblooded, Sovereign

After last hotfix (0.3.0b Hotfix 3) this omens stop working:
- Omen of the Liege
- Omen of the Blackblooded
- Omen of the Sovereign

Tested on foci and body armour

Same issue, but this was the case 3 days ago. These omens have been broken for awhile

Has there been any update to this? I'm new to the Abyss content and I can't get Omen of the Liege to trigger on anything. 1 hour of googling has turned up nothing.

Did they actually work on armor before? their description says that they only work on weapons/jewellery.

The other requirement for the omen is that the item has to be at least ilvl 65.

If they did work before and they changed it, then they need to add the variants that work on armor.
