Why has this game been Lightning Arrow + Rods since its release 0.1 ?

It's not but many people think it is because of streamers.

This again? Because speed is gimped, so players naturally gravitate towards the fastest class.
For example, before the Enigma rune word in D2 Sorceress was the undisputed queen because of Teleport. |
