Slick Map Style Causing Electricity Visuals to Flash Brighter

I'm not sure if this is only the slick map style, or if it always happens in the Slick map, but I was playing maps and started a Slick map, and all of my electricity effects are flashing much much more, potentially causing seizures at worst and being headache-inducing at best.
