Account was locked

Disclaimer (This is a alt account)

I recently moved and tried to log into my main account on POE2, account name is [Removed by Support], and found it was locked.

I then attempted to log into the website with my steam account and it said it was locked there. I then messaged ggg's support email and received a response within a minute asking me for my account info and a few of my characters names. I gave the information but it's been a few months since I played last so I wasn't totally sure about the character names and the support team hasn't messaged me back in five days. No update not anything. The only reason I can think of for the account to be locked is the new IP address signing into the account sent a red flag and it was locked automatically and I never received a code or anything for two step verification.

The no response is insane. At least tell me you are looking into it or let me know if my information was wrong. I've spent close to 4-5 hundred dollars on the game and now I can't access it and you can't even give me a short message with progress? What am I to do twiddle my fingers until you decide to help me?

i just played 3h and got locked and they didnt respond at all
As I said I already contacted support 5 days ago and haven't received a response. I could understand that wait time if it was closer to the launch of the game but it's been out for 9 months now. I need at least somewhat of a response telling me they are working on it or I'm gonna lose my mind. Also the fact that my account is locked and I can't get a verification code to make my ticket more of a priority is crazy. I'm forced to wait longer because of that. This is just not okay. The wait time for a support response is crazy for a game this big.

Very well. Let me at least say I greatly appreciate the responses here and I can understand if you guys are overwhelmed with the new league. I will keep that in mind and try not to lose patience. Thank you again for the response.

Same thing happen here bro, Hope your our problem get resolve soon. were missing a lot specially everyone is racing to end game. been days waiting for response as well from them.
