Still cannot change to Merchent's Tab

Hello,
in one of the last fixes the say that we can update our premium tab stashes. It's still not working on my account :( Is there a solution when only Current Tab Allocations Premium Stash Tabs 4 Merchant's Tabs 0 Eligible Premium Tabs Only no button to switch? As mentioned on the page, this option is unable to be used on upgrades to the initial four Stash Tabs on an account. I hope this clarifies things!
