Problem with coin purchase

I purchased coins on the website, but they are still not available on PSN. What should I do?

To clarify, purchases made on your account while playing on PlayStation will only be available while playing on PlayStation, and similarly purchases made while not playing on PlayStation will not be usable on PlayStation. This includes points, cosmetic items, and tab allocations.

What I understand is that I'm obliged to buy via PSN and what I've bought via the website, I've lost the money?

You're only able to access purchases you've made through the website store while you are playing on a platform besides PlayStation. This means you can access your purchase while playing on PC or Xbox. I hope this clarifies things.
