Cloak of abyssal

After I claimed cloak of abyssal from twitch, I didn't received it ingame. I already received the helmet and clam stash which is in twitch also but this cloak of abyssal didn't appear in game. Hoping it will be resolve. Thank you & Godbless.

Can you first please try unlinking your Path of Exile account from Twitch from the Manage Account page and then relinking to Twitch? You can access the Manage Account page here.
You may also be able to refresh your Twitch drop redemptions for your Path of Exile account by viewing your Twitch settings. This can be found here. I had the same problem...It shows now but it says its unavailable in this game version?? The abyssal helm works but not the cloak.

I am having the same issue with the Cloak of the Abyssal. I missed out on the helm and the cloak doesn't show. usually there has been no issue in receiving twitch drops, but this one seems to be acting up.
EDIT: ah, I know PoE/PoE2 have some shared cosmetics. I didn't notice which one this one applied to if both. Will check PoE1. I'm sure it works. Last edited by CrimsonessCross#2031 on Sep 14, 2025, 1:42:40 PM
