Improve Currency Exchange experience for old listings

I picked up 0.3 the other day after not having played PoE2 in a few months. My previous characters are now all in Standard, but as it turns out, I didn't clear all my listings on the Currency Exchange before I stopped playing. This apparently has the annoying side-effect that those listings remain reserved, even on the current league.

Whilst I'm aware of this behaviour (it's the same in PoE1), clearing the listings wasn't straightforward at all, as I did not have access to Ange on Standard, since she's newly introduced.

Info that I found online was either:

- "create a new character on that league and progress until the point you unlock her" --> Not reasonable. That's several hours invested in something that shouldn't be an issue in the first place.
- using the migration feature on character select (not applicable, character's already migrated, that's not the problem).

I even contacted GGG support, and they provided only these 2 options, and neither of them is satisfactory/accurate to be fair. It'd be good if they zoomed in on this from a Customer Support angle so they can better help players going forward too.

Eventually I decided to travel back to Act 3 on an existing character (which had progressed through the whole end-game already) on Standard and progress through the Alva dialogues, allowing me to access Act 4 and therefore, Ange. Once I did that, I was able to remove the trades from there.

Whilst that works, it's not obvious at all, and GGG support apparently doesn't even advise that to players, which is also a problem.

My suggestion would be to either:

- Make Currency Exchange league-specific (i.e.: if the listing belongs to a character in a different league, don't block slots on the CE on another league.)
- Ensure that Ange is immediately accessible via Hideout on Standard (or "Parent league" if not Standard) if the player's sufficiently progressed on that character previously

I also hope this will help any other players that read this thread before a fix/improvement is produced.

Update: Please also consider a scenario where the player may have deleted his character in Standard. Seems like there's reports of people who have "Ghost listings" for a league (very likely Standard) where they no longer have characters. That's pretty messed up.
