its 1 button build but actually you can enhance it abit by using other skills
main skill is Storm wave with branching fissure, elemental armament, lightning atunement, innervate and lightning exposure.
note : GEM LEVEL IS MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR HERE GET TO LEVEL 20 OR 21 WITH MAX SLOTS

supporting skill mantra with no supports, you can add anything you want here
this goes with falling thunder which has combo finisher, elemental armament, innervate and fist of war.
to build combo points for these two we use ice strike with ice bite , elemental armament, freeze and crescendo.
you want to get 8 combos to activate mantra and spend 3 power charges on falling thunder to get 100% extra added chaos damage.
after getting full chayula stacks you just spam storm wave.

note that you need lingering illusion with duration and profusion to generate charges.
herald of lightning with elemental focus concentrated area, blind and living lightning.
main def ability is ghost dance with compressed duration.

items dont matter much but you need:
1: phys attack on both rings
2: mana leech and life leech somewhere in your items
3:to level of all melee skills on your gloves and amulet
4: YOU NEED ALL THE EVASION YOU CAN GET ON YOUR ITEMS
chest go for +2000 , boots for +800 , helmet a mix and energy shield and evasion around 500

Few notables that you need:
1: mindful awareness, concussive attack, tenfold attack, killer instinct, chakra of stability, style bender, staggering palm, endless circuit, wild storm, serrated edges, beastial skin, rapid and reaching strikes, disorientation, blinding strike, forcewave, spectral ward.
