Abyss in Boss Arena (Molten Vault)

Abyss should not be able to spawn in boss arenas. Especially ones like Molten Vault where you have to go through an animation to enter and then immediately die because you are in the middle of an abyss. To make it even more fun, the checkpoint moves right to the center of the abyss too!
