If everything is broken nothing is broken

0.1 was a way better league that 0.3 and 0.2 for me. 0.3 is better than 0.2 by a lot.

Doesnt make it better than 0.1. The issue here is that in 0.3 you have some really strong stuff and other stuff is just bad. So the broken stuff dominates the league.
In 0.1 you had so much broken stuff so that no ascendancy was extrremely overpowered. Yes Stat Stacking existed and Gemling was good with it, but other Ascendancies were able to to the same. So those werent at that huge of a disadvantage. In 0.3 Bad Ascendancies are at a disadvantage.

Some Ascendancies are just absolutely horrible. And leveling a new Character also takes a lot of time. Because you made the Campaign so awfully long.

Doesnt mean you cant have fun with those ascendancies. Or finish Tier 16 Maps and Pinnacles.
