[Feedback] Allow map "completion" to count from various sources

Some thoughts on existing design:
I understand that progression matters in early atlas, but this progression once completed, remains, leading to annoying endgame.

Example:
Lets say I want to run only expeditions, I farm tablets, i juice maps with expeditions only, i only want to do expeditions. In poe1 i could do just that, open a map, pop expedition, leave, make new map. In Poe2 I also need to babysit some rares or a boss on the map (which is preferrable, but i digress).

Would be nice, if once we obtain all atlas progression (currently the 40 points), to unlock the ability to not really need to hunt the rare packs any more and its enough to either:
- complete ritual
- complete delirium
- complete expedition
- kill rares or boss (as in, this still remains if one somehow dodges other mechanics or have none on the map)
etc.

Sure enough some might say that this would allow to speed through atlas by intentionally failing deliriums...well, who cares ? If one has enough resources to spam delirium on atlas to then intentionally fail it just so they can travel quicker ? Thats a great idea, emergent gameplay. Besides this can also be a player-found solution for the "slog" problem when atlas has bad RNG for citadels n such.

In general I hope that the "quest" system for maps get's a revamp. Right now the "quest" is always kill all rares. With some side quests denoting side content available like leagues or a boss. I'm hoping instead the quests hook into what content is available and gives you a different objective based on what content exists or something. Or at the very least go "here's all the content/kill all rares, the first one you complete gives you completion and a map drop."
