My game doesn't start even if I bought the supporter pack

Hello everyone.
Last year I bought the supporter pack on Xbox and played for few months with no problems at all. Recently when I start the game, this message pops out and I cant play the game anymore: "Your account does not have access to PoE2 Early Access. If you enjoyed the Free Weekend and want to continue playing, Purchase Early Access." I spent over 100 hours on this game and I have several characters at lvl 50+. Even on here the website shows me my heroes in my account page, but I don't know how to keep playing on Xbox Last bumped on Sep 8, 2025, 8:19:12 AM
