Invisible Buff Effect should apply to Scepters

Title. I wanted to hide the aura effect of Fulmination from my wrath scepter and bought the MTX only to realize it doesnt apply to aura's from scepters. Not to mention why we are even paying 5 bucks to hide such thing.
