Questions about merging sub accounts

I already have two sub accounts (PC and XBOX) on my account. I want to transfer all the coins and weapon effects from the XBOX sub account to the PC sub account and cancel the XBOX sub account. Is there any problem with this? Can I still access my account through the XBOX login portal? Can I still purchase coins through XBOX channels? If all of these are possible, how should I proceed?
