Syndacate crafting bench - nothing happened

final room on a Vagan 3teir safe safehouse - clicked on what said it was a crafting bench but nothing happened, now I can't click on it.

Are you sure it was the Vagan reward room and not someone else's? It That Fled gives a crafting bench that when you click it gives you map device crafting options for Breachstones, but often times does not say anything when you click the bench.

Vagan has Harbinger/Legion scarabs, a fracture bench, or incubators depending on which safehouse it was. So if one of the other rooms had that, it wasn't Vagan.

Ah, I assumed that dropped incubators. That's so much worse :)
