First 2 Atlas points cannot be allocated into the tree

Please kindly dhelp

After finishing the quest to completed the first mapping, I decided to collect the skill point book later due to at that time my storage was full, and when I go back and pick up the sill point book from the quest reward. My first 2 skill point cannot be used in the ATLAS skill tree. Is there anything I missed or how i can fix this?

I'm also having this exact problem, relogging didn't work.

The only cause I can think of is that my inventory was full when Alva gave the skill book to me so I had to come back for it and I didn't try to allocate till later

I've just got an atlas skill book drop in the map today, and now I get 2 additional points from using the book, + 2 pending points from the issue I mentioned, I able to use 2 points in the atlas tree, and cannot use the remaining 2. This is bug I guess.

also having this problem. I used the book, got 2 "free" points, but it wont let me actually use them and this lil icon stayin on my screen is doing my head in lol.

seem to be some pretty large glaring issues with bugs this season.

definitely happy with the direction the game is going now, but the QA team needs a kick in the behind.

Have you guys tried putting the points into one of the side trees on the Atlas? I encountered the same issue and discovered that the points were only for Breaches, and later points could only be used on Rituals, etc. The only way you get regular points for the Atlas now appears to be conquering Corrupted cities, and not the various quest completions, which instead reward you with side tree points.

I have the same issue. And for me it was also related to my Inventory was full and I couldn't pick up the book directly and took it afterwards.

Alva does not issue Atals Skill points for the maintree.
Maintree Skillpoints does come only from capturing Corrupted Nexus first time Unique Map completion.

Alva does give you a onetime Skillpointbook for Breach (Delirium and Ritual) iirc, after your first one each.
